17 In the " Layers " palette , click the Create New Layer button at the bottom , the new "Layer 2 ." In the tool color paper wholesaler, select the “Rectangular Marquee " tool, press the [Shift] key while dragging a rectangle in the image window selection, as shown in Figure 2-93 .

18 Select "Edit " | " stroke " menu in the pop-up " stroke " dialog color paper wholesaler set as shown in Figure 2-94 . Then click on the "good" button , press [ Ctrl + D ] key combination to deselect the results shown in Figure 2-95 .

At this point, the system will load the selection , as shown in Figure 2-98 .
